MySkap / Skap, operated by Srijan provides this service. Payment, account, deletion, and support questions should be sent to support@myskap.com.

MySkap identifies likely skill gaps, ranks them, explains why they matter, and points you toward where to learn each one, with verified learning links on top gaps and search phrases for the rest. A verified account and a positive report-credit balance are required.

• The launch pack is a one-time ₹249 purchase and adds three non-expiring report credits after a captured payment is verified.
• It is not a subscription: there is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
• One credit is charged only when the core AI report succeeds. A core processing failure automatically returns the reserved credit.
• Learning-link fallback does not trigger a refund when the underlying report was completed successfully.
• Razorpay processes payment. Failed, unsigned, mismatched, authorized-only, or uncaptured payments do not receive credits.

Duplicate charges, captured payments that did not receive credits, and legally required refund requests will be investigated. Contact support@myskap.com with the Razorpay payment ID. Used report credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Before enabling live Razorpay payments, the operator must confirm invoice, GST/tax registration, cancellation, and refund disclosures that apply to the final legal entity and jurisdiction. If invoice or tax details are required for a purchase, contact support before buying.

• MySkap never enrolls you in a course, never pays, and never applies to jobs on your behalf.
• You always choose what to click, buy, or pursue. Verify pricing and reviews before enrolling in anything.
• Learning links are real and URL-checked, but MySkap does not control or endorse third-party sites.

MySkap’s output is AI-assisted guidance, not professional career, legal, financial, or educational advice. It can be incomplete or wrong. Use it as one input to your own judgment and verify anything important.

• Do not submit content you have no right to share, or that contains others’ personal data without consent.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Automated/bulk usage may be rate-limited or blocked.

MySkap is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on MySkap’s output.

Any final governing-law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution clause must be completed by the operator before live payments are accepted.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
