MySkap / Skap, operated by Srijan is responsible for this service. For privacy, access, deletion, or payment-record questions, email support@myskap.com.

CV text you paste or extract from an uploaded file. PDF and DOCX files are read locally in your browser; the original file is not uploaded to MySkap. When you run an analysis, the extracted or pasted CV text is processed transiently by the analysis backend and Google Gemini solely to generate your report. Raw CV text is never written to MySkap’s database.

Optional target industry. A short text label you may enter, or which is inferred from your CV.

Account and purchase data. InsForge stores your email, authentication records, credit balance, saved reports, and purchase status. Razorpay processes checkout and supplies payment and order identifiers; MySkap does not store full card or bank details.

• We do not store your CV text on the server after your report is generated.
• We do not include raw CV text or personal contact details in saved report data.
• Usage logs record counts only, never your CV text, name, or email.
• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and we run no advertising or tracking SDKs.
• The AI model never emits links. Learning links come only from a real, verified provider search.

Your CV text is transmitted to Google’s Gemini API for the single paid analysis request. TinyFish receives only generic, sanitized learning search phrases, not your CV text, email, or account identifier. Wikipedia may be queried as a fallback. Razorpay processes payments, and InsForge provides authentication and database infrastructure. We recommend removing identifiers from your CV before submitting it.

Your browser may retain the most recent form and report so the page can restore them. Use “Clear & start over” or browser site-data settings to remove local copies. A sanitized report is also saved to your account history until you delete it.

You can delete individual reports and request deletion of your saved MySkap data from the dashboard. Minimal purchase records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance. For access or deletion questions, email support@myskap.com.

Saved reports remain in your account until you delete them or request deletion. Counts-only usage logs may be retained for reliability, fraud prevention, pricing, and product metrics. The final retention period and region-specific rights notice must be confirmed before live payments.

MySkap is intended for job seekers and is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
